Jean’s introduction to yoga was through a teen magazine she received many (MANY) years ago. She also crossed paths with a few fellow practitioners of yoga and meditation through the years. Her love of yoga and current practice was nurtured and cultivated when she moved to the Lakes area. Jean has completed her training through Yoga Okoboji and is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). Jean’s classes combine yoga practice with her knowledge from advanced training (graduate-level) in sports psychology and holistic health.
